stress

But enough day dreaming.

There are so many reasons why we feel stressed out. From your environment, family, your outlook in life, social support system, your abilities to solve problems, work. The pressures and the demands! It’s just too much to take. Makes you wanna run, pull your hair out and scream your lungs out, and you won’t stop till you hurt yourself . But then again it wouldn’t be helpful. It will only bring you to a much embarrassing situation which later on you will painfully regret.

Stress leads to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, migraines, ulcers and too many sickness to mention.

So it is important that we know how to respond to stressful events. Here are some techniques to manage stress.
> Balance work and play. Time management is the key. Do what needs to be done first, leaving other things for tomorrow. Make a schedule to keep things organized and to avoid procrastination and cramming.
> Avoid from people who stresses you out. Or just limit the time you spend with them if you cannot totally avoid them.
> Share your feelings. When you’re angry about something, say it. Don’t just hide it. Let it all out.
> Eat healthy diet, exercise and get enough sleep. Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body. Feeling tired will cause your brain to think irrationally.
> Smile. Feel Happy.Keep your sense of humor.
